Ordering Online

  • Payments online can be made through Klarna, debit card or credit card. You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed when the payment has been taken. If you are having issues with online payments please contact hello@kabjewellery.com

Alternative Payment Plans

  • Payment Plans
    - We offer payment plans from 2 to 5 instalments for all jewellery, including made to order pieces.
    - To set up your payment plan, please send us the below details via email:
    1) Number of payments required (2-5)
    2) Payments frequency (once a week/2 weeks/3 weeks/month)
    3) Design on website / bespoke idea
    4) Ring size (if applicable)
    5) Shipping address + Telephone number

Shipping Costs

  • UK and Ireland Postage: Free UK Shipping. 
  • Rest of the World:  £85 Fedex Express.
  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over £500.
  • ​Your order will be shipped in a plain, unbranded external envelope for privacy. Inside, the jewellery is elegantly packaged in a branded Katherine Alexandra Brunacci box, ensuring a beautiful presentation. If you would like to include a personal message with any gift orders, please reach out to Katherine directly, and she will be happy to assist you with that.

UK Orders

  • Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service or DHL. All UK orders are fully trackable and insured for your peace of mind.

  • Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If no one is available to receive your item, a card will be left with options to either reschedule delivery for a later date or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

  • If you prefer to collect your piece directly from our London studio, please reach out to us at hello@kabjewellery.com for arrangements.

Shipping Policy

  • As many of  the KAB jewellery pieces are limited edition or made to order, their may be a delay of up to 8 weeks from time of order to time of shipping.
  • The estimated delivery time from postage of order is only an estimate.

  • International Shipments will receive a tracking number that will be forwarded onto the customer once shipped.

  •  International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If your address is considered by the carrier to be in a rural zone, please allow an additional day or two for delivery.

Returns Policy 

  • KAB must be informed of Faulty Goods within 7 days of receiving article. Please note, all returns will undergo a thorough examination before a replacement product or return is approved. Any item with signs of unusual wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweller other than KAB), will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • We sincerely hope you are absolutely delighted with your jewellery, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer an exchange or a credit note within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with UK law.
  • Alternatively, if you wish to return your order for a refund, it must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. You can initiate a refund within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please note that if your order is returned to us after the 14 working days, we can only offer an exchange or a credit note.

  •  Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on site.

  • Original shipping charges will be refunded if goods are faulty.

  • All returns must be Authorised. Please call or email KAB for an authorisation number before return of goods.

  • No allowances will be given for customer error (Typoghraphical) at time of order.

  • No Refund on change of mind.
  • Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies are:
  • Made to order pieces
  • Commissioned pieces (bespoke)
  • Customised pieces (ie resized rings, custom chain lengths, engraved jewellery etc)

Worldwide Returns

  • If you are based out-with the UK and would like to return an order, you as the customer are responsible for any customs charges due on the item for it to be returned to the UK. If you have received free shipping (available for all orders over £500) your refund amount will be reduced by £85, to reflect our initial shipping fee.  
  • International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the UK. 
  • For returns, please use a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your package is protected. If you would like us to arrange the return shipping for you via FedEx, please contact us at hello@kabjewellery.com. Please note that the shipping fee for this service is £100, which will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the returned item. We recommend using this option to ensure that your parcel is returned within our 14-day refund policy. Thank you for your understanding!

UK Returns

    • Please return your order using a trackable service, insured service (i.e Royal Mail Special Delivery) To ensure safe arrival. 

       Please note this is not a pre-paid service and you will be responsible for shipping costs.

      • If an item has been purchased with free UK shipping and is then returned for refund, the shipping charge (£17.95) will be deducted from the refund total. This applies to a refund only, rather than an exchange.

      • In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 7 days of receipt of the return.
