1. What is Klarna? 
Klarna is a payment service that allows you to shop now and pay later. It offers flexible payment options, including the ability to split your purchase into interest-free installments.

2. How do I use Klarna at checkout?
To use Klarna, simply select it as your payment option during checkout. You will be redirected to Klarna’s site where you can choose your preferred payment plan.

3. What payment options does Klarna offer?
Klarna provides several payment options, including:
   - **Pay Later:** Pay for your order within 14 or 30 days.
   - **Pay in Installments:** Split your payment into four equal, interest-free installments due every two weeks.

4. Are there any fees for using Klarna?
There are no fees for using Klarna's payment options as long as you make your payments on time. However, late payments may incur fees. Please review Klarna's terms for more details.

5. How do I create a Klarna account? 
To create a Klarna account, simply choose Klarna as your payment method at checkout. You will be prompted to provide some personal details, such as your email and phone number, to set up your account.

6. Can I use Klarna for international orders?
Klarna is available in certain countries. Please check Klarna's website or contact customer support for specific information regarding international orders.

7. What if I need to return an item purchased with Klarna?  
If you need to return an item, follow our normal return process. Once your return is processed, Klarna will update your payment plan or refund you accordingly. Make sure to check Klarna’s return policy for more information.

8. How do I manage my Klarna payments?
You can manage your Klarna payments through the Klarna app or website. Here, you can view your purchase history, payment schedule, and make payments.

9. What should I do if I have issues with my Klarna payment?  
If you encounter any issues with your Klarna payment, please contact Klarna's customer service directly. They are available to assist with any payment-related questions or concerns.

10. Is my personal and payment information secure when using Klarna?  
Yes, Klarna prioritises your security. They use advanced encryption technology to ensure that your personal and payment information is protected during transactions.

11. Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by KATHERINE ALEXANDRA BRUNACCI. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

12. Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto Klarna.com/uk and pay off early.

13. Will a credit search take place against me?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor KATHERINE ALEXANDRA BRUNACCI run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

14. Have you received my payment?
Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.

15. What happens to my statement, when I’ve returned the goods?
Once KATHERINE ALEXANDRA BRUNACCI has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

16. I’ve received a statement, but I’ve not yet received my goods.
In the event that your goods have not been received please call KATHERINE ALEXANDRA BRUNACCI to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

17. I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as KATHERINE ALEXANDRA BRUNACCI has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

18. I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.

19. I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.
You can log in the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and payment schedule information.
